We had him play acoustically for before our ceremony, during our ceremony, and at the cocktail hour. He even learned a song especially for the wedding party processional that we requested. “We used Uncommon Weddings for our wedding this past summer in San Francisco and we could not be happier with our choice. We had a small ceremony on a Friday and then a multi-venue wedding on the following Saturday and we had uncommon videographers for each event. For both days, they were easily some of the most professional and easy to work with vendors of the entire day. We coordinated with Sway before the event and he was very communicative and receptive to any ideas or desires that we had. The pricing was also very upfront and understandable on their website and there were no surprise fees or gotchas. The videographers worked fantastically with our photographers and our wedding coordinator and were always in the right position to capture the moments that we had highlighted to them. They also provided subtle mics to use during all of our speeches. The videos themselves were beautiful and the turnaround time and digital delivery mechanism were also great. There is still so much you have to do and deal with during wedding planning so it was great to know that we had a team behind us taking care of things and keeping us on track. Blaire was our main planner, and we also worked with Hannah and Sharon along the way. All 3 ladies are so kind, knowledgeable, and overall just a pleasure to work with! With the full-service package, the team connected us with the most amazing vendors at varying price levels, which we appreciated. This saved us SO much time of having to do our own research. We also really appreciated the honest advice they gave us in terms of where to spend vs. where to save. This is the kind of insight that we would've never had on our own and was so valuable to receive from an experienced wedding planner. There were also a few times where Blaire stepped in and advocated on our behalf with some of our vendors which resulted in less stress for us and more money saved. They also worked with us to execute the vision we had in terms of design and aesthetics. Even though we had a few changes of heart with some design elements along the way, the team didn't flinch and gladly adjusted things for us. Joyfully also offers their own rental items (discount included with the full-service package), and renting most of our decor items through them also saved us a lot of time and money (can you sense a theme here?!). Fast forward to our wedding day, everything looked so beautiful and the evening went so smoothly. It was truly the happiest day of our lives! We had always heard horror stories of things going wrong on your wedding day, but for us, none of that happened & if it did, we didn't even know because Blaire and her team took care of it for us. We got so many genuine compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed our wedding and a lot of that was because of the thoughtful planning efforts of Joyfully Co.! He double-checked our chosen songs and made suggestions if he thought one of them wouldn't work. He really brought the party to the wedding day! Our MC Matt was top-notch. He made sure that he had everyone's names correct, that our timeline was on schedule, and was able to work on his feet when something didn't happen exactly in the timeline. “We had a wonderful experience with Timeless photovideo. They we're very commutive through my whole wedding process and made it seamless. Our photos and our 10 minute video along with our 7-hours of raw footage turned out PERFECTLY. They captured our whole day! Paul our videographer was super awesome, got every angle of our wedding and including drone footage. Only mistake we made was not telling our photographer what photos we wanted of family and ideas we had wanted, so it made the photos unorganized after ceremony, but our photographer Jessica made it quick for us and captured whatever we wanted! We would have wanted our photos in front of our venue but they still turned out beautiful. I would recommend this company, time and time again!!”
